Two men (27 and 25) and a woman (26) were arrested following the discovery of 2.5kg of cocaine at a house in Co Kildare last night.
The drugs were found after gardaí searched the house at Brownstown, the Curragh shortly after 9.30pm as part of an ongoing investigation.
According to a garda spokesman the drugs have a potential street value of €180,000.
Gardaí from Naas and Newbridge took part in the operation.
The three arrested are being held at Naas Garda Station under Section 2 of The Drug Trafficking Act.
