The Science Gallery at Trinity College Dublin has been nominated for the 2010 European Museum of the Year award. The award is presented each year by the European Museum Forum, under the auspices of the Council of Europe.
Some 500,000 have visited the Science Gallery since 2008.
The award winner for 2010 will be announced in May.
