An enterprise centre, costing £1.32 million, is to be built in Tallaght, Co Dublin, to help tackle high unemployment in the area. The Brookfield Enterprise Centre will provide training space and workshop units as well as child-care facilities for people hoping to set up new businesses. At least 60 people will be employed there initially.
The project was put together by Get Tallaght Working, South Dublin County Council, Action Tallaght and Roadstone, which already employs 600 people in the area.
