Godolphin ace Sulamani will be unleashed on the Tattersalls Gold Cup at the Curragh on Sunday afternoon, for which a total of seven have been declared.

The globe-trotting five-year-old will be having his first European start since July last year when runner-up to Alamshar in the King George VI And Queen Elizabeth Diamond Stakes at Ascot.

Following that defeat, the son of Hernando went on to land the Arlington Million and the Turf Classic Invitational Stakes before a below-par run in the Breeders' Cup Turf.

Godolphin will also run Naheef in the Group One contest with the other British entries being Richard Hannon's Nysaean and Private Charter, trained by Barry Hills.
