Rome - An Anglican bishop yesterday questioned whether the strikes on Afghanistan would lead to more terrorism and he added that in a certain sense God was "present with the terrorists".
Bishop Peter Forster of Chester was speaking at the Vatican during a commemoration for the victims of last month's atrocities.
