The Scottish National Party was given a boost from a 500 strong TV audience yesterday after a poll put it up three points to 29 per cent. The gain came at the expense of both Labour and the Tories, according to the audience members, who were first questioned in March and again at the beginning of this month.
Labour was down two points to 42 per cent while support for the Conservatives dropped from 17 per cent to 13 per cent. The Scottish Liberal Democrats are up two points to 13 per cent.
