London - A senior pro-European Tory last night warned Mr William Hague that his policy on Europe was costing votes.
Lord Brittan warned Mr Hague that senior pro-European Conservatives were preparing to speak out if the party loses. A Conservative Party spokesman last night said: "Leon Brittan speaks only for a small minority in the Conservative Party."
