Drogheda United's FAI Carlsberg Cup quarter final with Bohemians at O2 Park, Drogheda, on Saturday next has been brought forward to 5.00 p.m. following a meeting with local Gardai.
A security meeting was held in Drogheda last night and the club were instructed by the Gardai to bring forward the kick-off time of the match from 8.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.
Should the game end in a draw, no extra time will be played. A replay will take place at Dalymount Park on Tuesday next, September 16, 2003, with a 7.45 p.m. start.
Should it be required, extra time will be played in the replay and if scores are still level after the additional period, the penalty rule will apply.
