Mexico City - A Mexican judge has issued an arrest warrant on corruption charges for a key aide of the former Mexican president, Mr Carlos Salinas, reports said yesterday.
The newspapers Reforma and El Universal said Judge Alberto Perez Dayan issued the warrant on Wednesday for Mr Justo Ceja, Mr Salinas' private secretary who went into hiding after the former leader's term ended in 1994.
