A spokesperson for RTE has confirmed that a case of alleged constructive dismissal and bullying against RTE by the former editor of the RTE Guide, Ms Heather Parsons, has been settled.
According to RTE "all issues have been resolved to the entire satisfaction of both parties" and the case, which was taken at the Employment Appeals Tribunal, is now considered closed.
No details of the settlement have been made available.
Ms Parsons initiated proceedings last January.
