WASHINGTON - The former US commerce secretary, Mr Ron Brown's doomed flight into the Croatian city of Dubrovnik was undertaken against Pentagon orders, Time magazine reported yesterday. A 6,000 page report on the crash sent to the Pentagon found safety procedures were ignored training was inadequate and equipment outdated.
