Falkirk - Residents in Falkirk's Ewing Avenue spent last night away from home after their gardens disappeared into a canal yesterday.
The landslip was discovered as residents woke up and began to get ready for work. The houses are close to the Forth and Clyde Canal, which is currently undergoing major construction work in a millennium project.
