Police in Belfast have issued a warning to the public about bogus callers.

Police in Belfast have issued a warning to the public about bogus callers.

A man and a woman, claiming to be collecting for the St Vincent de Paul Society, called at the house of an elderly resident in the Moorland Park area last night. It is known that they also called at a number of other homes.

The St Vincent de Paul society have confirmed that no one was authorised to be collecting in the area last night.
