A prison officer was charged yesterday with sexually assaulting five inmates in Arbour Hill and St Patrick's Institution for Young Offenders in Dublin. The 51-year-old northside man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was arrested and charged with five offences of indecent assault between 1982 and 1989.
