LONDON - The newspaper which branded five unconvicted men as the murderers of race-hate victim Stephen Lawrence will not face contempt of court proceedings. Attorney General Sir Nicholas Lyell yesterday said he had decided that proceedings against the Daily Mail over its coverage of the case would not be justified.
