Houston- The health of two of the surviving seven octuplets born in Texas last month has shown a significant improvement, the Texas Children's Hospital has said. Doctors have upgraded the condition of the two largest octuplets to serious from critical. Baby Echerem and his brother Jioke have been moved from the hospital's neonatal intensive care unit to a nursery. The other five children remain in critical but stable condition.
