A nun on forgery charges was further remanded when she appeared in Kilmainham District Court yesterday. Sister Mary Gregory O'Reilly, a Franciscan, with an address at Skooner, Lincoln Place, Dublin, is charged with forging a memorandum of association of the All-Ireland Children's Hospice Ltd in Ballinderry, Mullingar, in 1992.

Her solicitor told Judge Terrence Finn that Judge Timothy Crowley had ordered that he be allowed sight of certain documents, including the original of the alleged forgery, none of which he had seen. Judge Finn remanded Sister O'Reilly to December 17th to allow the prosecution to comply fully with Judge Crowley's order.
