North Korea has invited the chief US envoy to stalled six-country nuclear talks to visit Pyongyang on the proviso that Washington meets certain conditions.
"We invite the US chief delegate to the six-party talks to Pyongyang if the US has made the political decision to implement truthfully the joint statement and give us its explanation," its official KCNA news agency quoted a Foreign Ministry spokesman as saying.
The report was carried on the South's Yonhap news agency.
