It has not yet been decided whether the former Taoiseach, Mr Charles Haughey, will be required to give further evidence before the Moriarty tribunal.
Mr Haughey, who is suffering from prostate cancer, has been examined by a medical expert from outside the State on behalf of the tribunal. His report is to be considered by the tribunal before it decides on its next move.
