A man arrested by detectives investigating the murder of solicitor Rosemary Nelson is due before Banbridge Magistrates Court, Co Down, today, charged with explosive and firearms offences.

The 29-year-old man will also face a charge of membership of a proscribed organisation. The team investigating the murder arrested a man and a woman in Hamiltonsbawn, Co Armagh, last Thursday.

The woman was later released.
