ANKARA - Mrs Hillary Rod ham Clinton paid tribute to Turkey's greatest hero yesterday and held a series of meetings designed to underscore the strength of Turkish US relations.
Mrs Clinton laid a wreath at the tomb of Kemal Ataturk the father of the Turkish republic who promoted women's rights and established a secular state in 1923.
