A motorcyclist has died in a road crash near Roscrea, Co Tipperary.
The man was killed when his motorbike collided with a car at about 7.30 p.m. last night.
The motorbike’s pillion passenger and the driver of the car were taken to Nenagh General Hospital for treatment.
In Dublin, gardaí are appealing for witnesses after a man died in a single-vehicle crash on the M50 near Ballymun early on Sunday morning.
The man (39) was the passenger in a car that overturned at about 2 a.m. His name has not been released.
The driver of the car suffered minor injuries.
