A motorcyclist was killed this morning when his bike collided with a lorry in Co Wexford.

A motorcyclist was killed this morning when his bike collided with a lorry in Co Wexford.

The man, who has not been named, was pronounced dead at the scene on the N30 between Enniscorthy and New Ross at about 8.00 a.m.

There were no other injuries. The man's body was brought to Wexford General Hospital for a post-mortem.

Gardaí are appealing for the driver of a silver VW Golf who may have witnessed the accident to contact them on 054-33534.
