SIGHTINGS of Oliver Payton in Dublin have prompted suggestions that the young Sligo born entrepreneur could be looking to extend his fantastically successful London operation to Dublin.
His Atlantic Bar & Grill is one of London's hippest hangouts, but at the moment his office is wary of confirming anything, as nothing has been finalised. Temple Bar (where else?) seems a likely location.
