Washington - A report has been released detailing the barriers to proper treatment of mental illnesses faced by ethnic and racial minorities. The report said blacks, Hispanics and other minorities appear to be no more predisposed than whites to mental illnesses but are less able or willing to seek treatment when they need it and get poorer quality care when they seek it.
