Stockholm - A monument honouring the 852 people who died in the sinking of the Estonia car-ferry in the Baltic Sea was unveiled in Stockholm yesterday on the third anniversary of the tragedy. The Estonia sank on the night of September 27th-28th, 1994, off Finland's south-west coast while on a crossing between Tallinn and Stockholm.
