New York - Mayor Rudi Giuliani has sacked his estranged wife as first lady after she gained a court order banning his mistress from the mansion they still share, it was reported yesterday. The mayor's wife, Ms Donna Hanover, had kept her official duties as first lady, retaining a £150,000 staff of four and access to a fleet of cars, despite the couple being in the process of divorcing.
