A Co Tyrone man is to stand trial on charges of arson threatening the lives of a mother and her three children.
Mr Gerald Anthony Friel (43), of Coronation Park, Aughnacloy, who is also accused of assaulting and threatening to kill the woman, was remanded in custody until his trial when he appeared at Cookstown Magistrates' Court yesterday.
