A man in his thirties is being treated in hospital after being shot in a paramilitary-style attack in Co Down.
The man was found lying beside his car after being shot in both legs in Castlewellan.
He is receiving specialist treatment at Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast.
An RUC spokesman said the man's condition is "serious but not life threatening".
