A man has been sent forward to Wicklow Circuit Criminal Court on June 29th for trial on a charge of dangerous driving causing death.
A book of evidence was yesterday served on Noel Dunne (23), Bilboa, Carlow.
He has been charged with dangerous driving causing death at Corballis, Rathdrum, on August 30th last year.
At Wicklow District Court yesterday, Judge Murrough Connellan made his order returning Mr Dunne for trial by jury.
