Gardaí in Co Kerry are investigating the discovery of a man’s body.
The body was found at a waste-sorting facility outside Listowel at approximately 4pm today.
The scene has been preserved, and the State Pathologists’ Office has been notified. According to gardaí, a postmortem will be carried out tomorrow morning at Tralee General Hospital.
It has been reported workers at the facility found the body among waste that had been emptied from a truck that had earlier collected refuse from around Listowel.
