A man who died following a collision involving two cars in Co Longford has been named. He was Mr John MArtin with an address at Colehill Co. Longford. He was 51.
It is understood that the man was a passenger in one of the cars when the accident occurred near the Longford town of Ballymahon shortly before 2 a.m.
