Police in Bangor, Co Down are investigating the fatal stabbing of a man in Bangor, County Down this morning.
Police were called to a house in Dufferin Avenue at approximately 3.15 a.m. where they found one man dead and another suffering from stab wounds.
The injured man was taken to hospital, but his wounds are not life threatening.
One arrest was made and police say they are following a definite line of inquiry.
The incident is not believed to be sectarian.
