Gardaí investigating a shooting incident in Coolock this morning are continuing to question a 24-year-old man.
Gardaí responded to reports of shots being fired in a house on Adare Road shortly before 1.30am.
A 22-year-old man was shot in the leg. He was taken to Beaumont Hospital where his condition is described as stable.
Gardaí found a car near the scene which they believe was used by the gunman.

In a follow-up operation, they arrested a man close to the scene.
He was taken to Ballymun Garda station where he is being held under section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act. He can be detained for 72 hours.
