Man fined over flight incidents

A man who admitted overturning a trolley and threatening to strike an air hostess was fined £250 at Dublin District Court.

A man who admitted overturning a trolley and threatening to strike an air hostess was fined £250 at Dublin District Court.

Mr Jean Robin (68), a French-born American citizen living in Astoria, New York, also paid over £500 in compensation because the trolley hit the hostess and caused bruising to her knees.

The incident occurred aboard a flight from New York to Dublin last Saturday week.
