A man in his 20s is expected to be charged with possession with intent to supply in Dublin this morning after being arrested in Ballymun carrying heroin with a street value of £800 yesterday. The man is due in the Dublin District Court after he was arrested under the Drug Trafficking Act. In his early twenties, he is from Mulhuddart area and had been observed by gardai in the area.
