A 22-year man from Co Kerry will appear at a special sitting of Kenmare District Court this evening charged in connection with the death of a man in Tralee last year.
Michael Faulkner (43) with an address at Mitchels Crescent, Tralee died on August 23rd.
The man will face charges under Section 3 of the Non-Fatal Offences Against the Person Act.
