A man (86) injured in a two-vehicle collision in Galway earlier this month has died.
The victim was the sole occupant of a car when it collided with a 4x4 vehicle at Corker near Gort on December 6th.
The man died from his injuries at University College Hospital, Galway last Friday, gardaí confirmed today.
No one else was injured in the collision. Gardaí have appealed for witnesses to the collision to contact Gort Garda station on 091-636400.
