A man in his mid-20s died in hospital this morning hours after a fall from cliffs in Co Cork.
He reportedly slipped from the Old Head of Kinsale at about 12.30 a.m. A rescue operation was launched about an hour later by the Courtmacsherry lifeboat and a helicopter.
The man was airlifted to Cork University Hospital where he died.
Gardaí say foul play is not suspected.
