A man has appeared in Kilmainham District Court charged with murdering Mr Ken Foley at Jamestown Court, Inchicore, on January 15th. Judge Gillian Hussey remanded Mr John Cleary (20) of St Mark's Avenue, Clondalkin, in custody to May 14th for DPP's directions.
Mr Don Knowles (19) of Tyrone Place, Inchicore, who is charged with assault causing harm to Mr Foley on the same date, was remanded on bail to May 28th for directions.
