A man appeared in Kilmainham District Court yesterday on a murder charge. Mr John Cleary (20), of St Mark's Avenue, Clondalkin, is charged with murdering Mr Ken Foley at Jamestown Court, Inchicore, last Friday.
Mr Don Knowles (19), of Tyrone Place, Inchicore, also appeared in court. He was charged with assault causing harm to Mr Foley in the same incident.
