A man has been charged in relation to a fatal assault in Co Tipperary last February.
James Tynan (25) from Johnstown, Co Kilkenny, died after an incident in Liberty Square, Thurles, early on the morning of February 19th.
The man (23) charged appeared in Thurles District Court this morning.
