A 20-year-old man appeared in Kilmainham District Court yesterday charged with the rape of a woman in Dublin city-centre. Mr Paul Mooney, of 17 Thomas Court, appeared in custody.
The woman, believed to be from Guatemala, was attacked by a group of youths in Back Lane, Christchurch, on June 1st. Three other local youths were arrested by gardai from Kevin Street but later released.
