A man was arrest in Cork in connection with a seizure of cannabis resin this afternoon.
Gardaí in Cork city seized cannabis resin with an estimated street value of £100,000 and also seized an amount of cash at about 2.15 p.m.
A man in his 30s was subsequently arrested in the Carrigaline area of the city this evening in relation to the seizures.
He is being held for questioning under Section Two of the Drug Trafficking Act.
