An Englishman has been remanded in custody for sentence for having drugs valued at about £15,000 at Dublin Port. Justin Joseph Higgins (19), of Holmes Road, Kentish Town, London pleaded guilty to having cannabis and amphetamines for sale or supply on April 19th, 1997.
