Tralee District Court heard yesterday that the taking of depositions would begin on February 2nd in a case in which a Tralee man is charged with the murder of James Healy (16), of Shanakill, Tralee, at Monavalley Industrial estate on or about February 22nd last.
Judge Humphrey Kelleher granted an application by a State Solicitor, Mr Malachy Boohig, for a further remand in custody of the accused, Mr Michael O'Brien (26), unmarried and unemployed, of Gallowsfield, until January 28th.
