A man has died in a two-vehicle crash in Co Clare early this morning. According to gardaí, the crash happened at about 2am at Killulla, Newmarket On Fergus, when a car and lorry collided.
The male driver (32) of the car was killed. His is body has been removed to the Mid-Western Regional Hospital in Limerick, and a postmortem will take place today.
The driver of the lorry was uninjured.
Garda investigators are examining the crash scene.
