A 28-year-old man was today charged with the murder of another man whose body was found in a house in Belfast earlier this week.

Shane Cunningham (39) was found dead on Tuesday in the end-of-terrace house he had been brought up in at Woodbreda Park, in south Belfast.

A PSNI spokesman said the suspect would appear at Newtownards' Magistrates'  Court tomorrow.

Mr Cunningham lived at Rossdale Gardens in the Four Winds area of the city.  His body was found in his former family home at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac  at around 10am on Tuesday.
