A 19-year-old man died when the car he was driving struck a bridge on Station Road, Mountcharles, Co Donegal, early this morning.
The incident happened at about 2am. Three other men who were passengers in the car were also injured. Their injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
The road is currently closed pending the completion of an examination by Garda forensic collision investigators, and local diversions are in place.
