‘Malicious’ fire damages Tyrone Methodist hall

The Methodist Church Hall in Castlederg, Co Tyrone was damaged in a malicious fire overnight.

The Methodist Church Hall in Castlederg, Co Tyrone was damaged in a malicious fire overnight.

A stolen motorcycle was placed against the outside of the building on Meeting House land and set alight.

The outside of the premises suffered fire damage while the inside was damaged by smoke after the incident which was reported at 12.30 a.m.

In Warrenpoint, Co Down, a petrol station on Meeting St was damaged after tyres were set alight at 3.30 a.m.
